As an IEW Trained Instructor, I have many years of experience teaching and tutoring using the IEW method. I can help your student be successful in writing through tutoring year round as well as summer classes. 

My journey with IEW began with a fellow home school parent raving about the method.   After seeing amazing results in my home school, I knew that I wanted to guide young people in learning to give structure and style to their writing.  From reluctant writers to aspiring writers, I have watched this program help many students gain confidence in their ability to communicate with the written word.  

I am also able to help your student using Lost Tools of Writing as they work through their persuasive essay. Using literature to teach thinking skills is a wonderful idea. Lost Tools flows well from a background in IEW. 

Whether your student needs support while taking a class, help with revising assignments for their Classical Conversations coursework, or desires to learn one on one with an instructor, I can customize a tutoring plan that work for them.
